Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Experience handling confidential information preferred
  • Must be able to effectively support customers using designated primary language (Spanish and/or English) in assigned queue
  • Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must be able to take phone calls, answer customer inquiries, translate documents and other transactions as necessary in both English and Spanish

Role Description The Enteral Center of Excellence (CoE) Registered Dietitian (RD) is a qualified professional responsible for the development and implementation of clinical, operational, and marketing strategies to promote the home enteral nutrition support program. The RD provides daily clinical support of all enteral nutrition patients within their assigned area and may cross-cover multiple areas to assure optimal coverage.
