• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. Work closely with a world-class, globally distributed development team and the community to break complex problems into simple, shippable steps and drive sprint planning. • Own the “why.” Articulate why we are building what we’re building, grounded in rigorous, data-centric analysis, and bring engineers, customers, and leadership along once the merits are clear. • Evangelize and gather feedback. When it’s time to showcase, build compelling demos and proofs of concept and evangelize Kasten with customers, partners, and at analyst and community events — then close the loop and iterate. • Engage customers and the field. Work directly with customers and sales teams to understand real-world usage, identify growth opportunities, and continuously sharpen the roadmap. • Launch and scale. Define, prioritize, and execute end-to-end product development — including new initiatives for Kubernetes data protection and modern virtualization environments. • Measure what matters. Define and track success metrics for your product areas, and use them to inform what we build next. • Strengthen the ecosystem.
