• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. • Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and requirements. • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and the product roadmap. • Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective). • Support the development team in understanding business rules. • Monitor product metrics, user experience, and business outcomes. • Validate deliverables and ensure acceptance criteria are met before release to production. • Identify risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities. • Conduct market, competitor, and trend analyses for product evolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Lean).
- Experience managing a backlog and defining user stories.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical and business areas.
- Knowledge of product metrics and performance indicators.
- Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe.
- Experience with digital B2B or B2C products.
- Knowledge of UX/UI and Design Thinking.
- Experience in digital transformation environments.
- Knowledge of Analytics, Data-Driven approaches, and Artificial Intelligence.
