• Work as part of the energy efficiency team, ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. • Review project application forms and submittals by program partners, contractors, and other program participants to verify compliance with program policies and procedures. • Performing basic data scrubbing, analysis, and interpretation. • Conduct desktop review and quality evaluation of internal, external, and client materials. • Review technical specifications, work orders, certificates of completion, and invoices for energy efficiency projects. • Upload records into the program database and process applications for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures. • Process paperwork for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures. • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- 1+ Years of professional work experience (or applicants can substitute one year of related education for one year of work experience)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

• Review, process, and manage Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications. • Verify all application data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid guidelines. • Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up with providers to obtain required information. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of application status, outreach efforts, and supporting documentation. • Communicate effectively with providers regarding application requirements, deficiencies, and next steps. • Partner with client representatives and internal leadership to resolve pending questions, escalations, or barriers preventing application approval. • Monitor assigned workload to ensure timely processing and adherence to established turnaround times. • Escalate complex issues or policy-related questions to leadership as appropriate. • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive provider and organizational information. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives. • Assisting with other duties as assigned
