Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant global experience in talent management, talent consulting, business partnering, or pipeline development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of the pharma industry, trends, and challenges. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies. - Proven success in developing and implementing impactful talent strategies. - Excellent skills in collaboration and partnership, communication, and fostering strong relationships across various functions. - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making. - Experience in forming work product teams to deliver specific outcomes in service of the senior talent pipeline strategies. Requirements - R&D expertise and understanding of research and development functions and priorities (strongly preferred). - A remote option is available. - Relocation benefits are not available for this position. - The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $140,000 to $299,000. - Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. - A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. - This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Role Description This is a broad, cross-functional seat at the center of how we turn retail signal into things the market reads and acts on. You will work across three focuses: - Growth - Editorial publishing (including Observed, our category-insights series) - Retail trend analysis You will not work in a silo. You will partner with the founders and our Data Team day to day, and if you want to go deeper, get hands-on alongside Engineering. It is a rare chance to sit between the business and the data, and own real output from your first week. What you'll do - Retail Trend Analysis: Analyze platform and retail data to identify category trends, breakout brands, and momentum shifts before they become obvious to the market.
