Role Description Wir besetzen aktuell eine Rolle als Technical Account Manager bei einem führenden Anbieter von IT-Infrastruktur und Managed-Services in Österreich. In dieser Position bist du im Duo mit dem jeweiligen Key Account Manager für den strategischen Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich, übernimmst die Projektplanung und -steuerung, um neue Lösungen für deine Kunden zu konzipieren, und bringst deine langjährige technische Expertise in Microsoft Infrastruktur Technologien ein. - Proaktive Beratung und Begleitung der Kunden in technischen Anliegen und bei der Gestaltung ihrer IT-Strategien. - Strategische Entwicklung und Festigung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie das Aufdecken von Potenzialen für Umsatzsteigerungen. - Bedarfsanalyse bei Kunden und Gestaltung passgenauer IT-Lösungen, insbesondere im Bereich Microsoft-Infrastruktur. - Übernahme der Projektverantwortung von der Planung bis zur Steuerung, inklusive Koordination interner und externer Fachkräfte sowie Qualitätssicherung. - Anwendung tiefgreifender technischer Expertise in Microsoft Infrastruktur Technologien (Cloud & On-Premise) sowie in weiteren Systemen wie Barracuda, Cisco oder ServiceNow. - Erstellung technischer Offerten und aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundenvorstellungen und Workshops. - Permanente Marktbeobachtung, Weitergabe von Fachwissen und aktive Mitwirkung an der Implementierung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturlandschaften. Qualifications - Exzellentes Fachwissen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur. - Profundes Verständnis von Microsoft-Technologien (Cloud & On-Premise). - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder IT-Management. - Eine ausgeprägt kundenorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit. - Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
