• Manage large, diverse, and complex projects that span across multiple divisions and/or functional areas in Information Technology with a focus on Revenue Cycle applications. • Plan, organize, and lead teams to complete project tasks and report to senior leadership. • Rely on knowledge and experience to ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that aligns with the project objectives while pre-emptively identifying possible risks/issues for mitigation planning. • Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders and lead through influence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years Project Management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects.
  • Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles.
  • Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects.
  • Facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
  • Speaking in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings.
  • Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning.

We are seeking an experienced Project Accounting Consultant with deep expertise in government contracting to provide short-term and strategic support for project setup, cost tracking, compliance, and reporting. This role will work closely with program management, finance, and compliance teams to ensure project financials align with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements. The consultant will play a key role in optimizing project accounting processes, ensuring audit readiness, and providing accurate, timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
