• Facilitar ceremonias Scrum (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review y Sprint Retrospective). • Promover la adopción de prácticas Scrum y Kanban dentro del equipo. • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a impedimentos que afecten la productividad del equipo. • Acompañar al Product Owner en la gestión y refinamiento del backlog. • Asegurar la actualización y trazabilidad del trabajo en Jira. • Dar seguimiento a compromisos y objetivos de sprint. • Identificar riesgos y dependencias que puedan impactar las entregas. • Promover la mejora continua mediante retrospectivas y planes de acción.

Job Requirements

  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia como Scrum Master o roles similares.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de Scrum y Kanban.
  • Experiencia en gestión de backlog y facilitación de ceremonias ágiles.
  • Manejo de herramientas Jira y Confluence.
  • Conocimiento general del ciclo de desarrollo de software (SDLC).

Role Description Koniag Professional Services is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and empower cross-functional development teams in delivering high-quality client solutions.
