Role Description Baqio permet de gérer le quotidien administratif et commercial et centralise sur une même interface toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires : la gestion du stock, le CRM client, la facturation, le suivi statistique et les déclarations douanières. Vos missions : - Assurer l'accompagnement et la satisfaction des clients dans l'utilisation du logiciel. - Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité du produit par des tests rigoureux et une communication efficace avec les équipes de développement. Pour renforcer l’équipe Support, Baqio recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de support junior. Rattaché(e) au responsable d’équipe, vous intégrez l’équipe Support Baqio formée actuellement par deux Chargées de support & formation senior, et travaillez en lien direct avec notre équipe technique, nos commerciaux et nos clients basés en France. Responsibilities - Support Client & Accompagnement - Répondre aux sollicitations clients par tchat. - Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main et l'utilisation optimale du logiciel. - Identifier les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. - Réaliser des tests sur environnement de démo. - Créer et maintenir à jour la documentation utilisateur. - Gestion des incidents & réclamations - Escalader les cas complexes et litigieux. - Qualifier et transmettre les bugs à l’équipe technique. - Suivre la résolution des questions / problèmes jusqu'à leur clôture. - Tenir informés les clients de l'avancement des corrections. Qualifications - Accueil clients : Excellente capacité à accueillir et traiter les demandes clients avec professionnalisme, courtoisie, écoute et bienveillance. - Analyse des besoins : Capacité d'identifier et d'analyser les besoins des interlocuteurs pour fournir des réponses adaptées et efficaces. - Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et collaboratifs : À l’aise avec l’informatique et capacité à comprendre le fonctionnement d'un logiciel. - Coordination : Collaboration efficace avec les équipes internes pour assurer une gestion fluide et efficace des dossiers clients. Requirements - Expérience dans la Relation Client d'au moins 2 ans (contact avec clientèle, B2B apprécié, gestion administrative, etc.). - À l’aise avec l’informatique et habitué à travailler sur des logiciels. - Maîtrise de l’expression orale et écrite en langue française. - Expérience ou connaissances du secteur viti-vinicole est un plus. - Bac +4/5 minimum.
