Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on the Performance Excellence Team. You will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives across the organization. You will help manage cross-functional projects that span departments such as Growth, Market Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance. As part of the Enterprise PMO team, you will support complex, enterprise-wide programs aligned with TailorCare’s business goals. You’ll drive progress, ensure accountability, and contribute to building and refining scalable project management frameworks and tools. Primary Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise goals - Support the successful implementation of new partnerships by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination - Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear communication, expectations management, and timely issue resolution - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables - Track and manage project milestones, scope, performance metrics, and budgets across enterprise-level initiatives - Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to ensure timely execution - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms - Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with strategic business objectives - Facilitate project planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Support change management initiatives and process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven, scalable solutions - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment - Experience in process improvement and/or project management/process planning - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment - PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus - Familiarity with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or clinical workflows is a strong advantage - Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, company events, etc. Benefits - Meaningful Work: We are dedicated to our mission and deeply value our patients and each other. • Organize and distribute the team's backlog of requests, creating and prioritizing tasks with clear ownership and deadlines. • Track the progress of activities, identify bottlenecks, and resolve blockers before they become urgent. • Translate requests from leadership (often loosely defined) into clear scope and actionable tasks for the team. • Monitor productivity and quality metrics, proposing continuous process improvements. • Support the financial/backoffice operation during peak periods (e.g., ensuring payments, reconciliations, and issuances are completed on time), addressing minor bottlenecks as needed. • Help design and document processes so the operation can scale in an organized way. • Serve as a management reference for the team, maintaining momentum, alignment, and a results-oriented focus.
