Founder Associate – Success/Ops

• Work side by side with our Head of Customer Success and founders to help our customers adopt AI across their Sales organisations. • Support the team and quickly grow into owning your own customer relationships as you build expertise. • Help customers reach value fast, adopt the product deeply, and stay and grow with Weflow. • Get hands-on exposure to onboarding, enablement, renewals, and expansion. • Advise Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Leadership teams along the way. • Develop into a Weflow product expert, learning how Salesforce implementation and AI capabilities connect to customer revenue goals. • Build relationships with customers by understanding their RevOps stack, challenges, and objectives, and help ensure Weflow drives real outcomes. • Support customers in optimising their Weflow AI setup as their Sales and RevOps priorities evolve. • Help spot expansion opportunities and grow adoption into new teams and revenue functions. • Manage support tickets and help maintain a feedback loop with Product and Engineering. • Partner with the Head of Customer Success to build the playbooks, processes, and systems that scale the team.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to senior stakeholders.
  • Real curiosity about AI and a drive to use it to make your own work better.
  • An analytical, data-driven mindset and the instinct to turn insight into action.
  • A collaborative, customer-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Interest in Salesforce, RevOps, or sales technology. Hands-on exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Recent graduate or early-career, eager to learn fast in a high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Role Description Idea Entity, LLC is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to support and extend our Finance & Operations (F&O) and Project Operations environments on a flexible, part-time basis. This is an ongoing engagement of roughly 10–20 hours per month, ideal for a seasoned developer who can work independently, scope solutions accurately, and deliver clean, well-tested work without heavy day-to-day oversight. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and carrying them through the full development lifecycle; develop, test, and deploy — while keeping our integrations and data flows reliable. Responsibilities - Understand existing F&O and Project Operations solutions and translate business requirements into technical designs. - Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations. - Build and maintain integrations and data synchronization using Dual-write and Dataverse. - Test changes thoroughly (unit and integration) and deploy through established release processes. - Manage source control, builds, and releases through Azure DevOps. - Troubleshoot issues, document work, and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
