Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations and systems
- Senior Manager-level experience with a track record of leading and developing systems setup and optimization
- Strong skills in managing relationships with product teams, including external third party product teams
- Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving processes and systems
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with experience using data and reporting to inform decisions
- Preference for experience in large scale product migration
