• Conduct outbound cold calls to doctors, clinics, and referral sources to introduce services and generate opportunities. • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners. • Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership with prospective referral sources. • Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status within company systems. • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and referral partners. • Assist with lead generation and business development initiatives. • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks. • Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. • Represent the company professionally in all verbal and written communications.
Job Requirements
- Previous sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation experience.
- Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Confident and professional presence when interacting with healthcare professionals and business contacts.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist across different areas of the business.
- Experience working with healthcare providers or referral-based businesses is an advantage.
