Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatch, or supply chain operations. - Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Oracle. - Experience coordinating freight carriers, transportation schedules, and customer deliveries. - Background in customer service within a logistics or distribution environment preferred. - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of transportation routing, load planning, and freight management processes. - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
