Sales Manager – New Business & Account Management
Körber
• Identify, target, and win new customers across the pharma and life sciences sector • Build and execute a structured pipeline generation strategy • Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles from qualification to closing • Develop strong executive relationships with key decision-makers • Own and expand a defined set of existing customer accounts • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Körber portfolio • Drive customer success and long-term partnerships in collaboration with delivery and customer success teams • Act as the trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives • Deliver against annual and quarterly sales targets and KPIs • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and accurate forecasting • Manage deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure • Represent Körber at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings • Provide market feedback to shape product strategy and positioning
Job Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Proven track record in new business acquisition (“hunter mentality”)
- Strong experience in account management and revenue expansion
- Industry knowledge in pharma and life sciences
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions
- Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles
- Strong consultative and value-based selling approach
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate at C-level and influence decision-making
- High level of self-motivation and ownership mindset
- Analytical and structured approach to pipeline management
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
