• Execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth. • Collaborate closely with the sales, customer success, and channel partner teams to ensure marketing strategies support retention and growth goals, including the development of joint initiatives and integrated campaigns. • Oversee field marketing efforts to ensure regional strategies are effectively executed and tailored to local markets and target segments. • Lead the development and execution of ABM/ABX touchpoint strategies to target high-value accounts and segments, driving relevant marketing efforts that result in increased engagement and conversions to expand buying committees within existing accounts and identify net new logo opportunities. • Develop and maintain effective email marketing strategies that support customer engagement and growth goals. • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, build a performance-driven team culture, and provide regular reporting and analytics to the executive team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership within a SaaS organization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to achieve company goals.
- Proven ability to be a change agent, influencing sales and other stakeholders to adopt modern marketing strategies and practices.
- Strong background in developing and executing successful Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX) strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs, specifically Salesforce.com, 6sense, and Marketo.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel.
