• Du identifizierst und recherchierst passende Zielkund:innen im DACH-Raum und baust über LinkedIn ein relevantes Netzwerk auf. • Du gewinnst neue Kontakte über Social Selling und gezielte, DSGVO-konforme Outreach – seriös und ohne Cold-Call-Graubereich. • Du führst Erstgespräche, Discovery-Calls und Produktdemos rund um weclapp und unsere Plugins und weckst echtes Interesse. • Du qualifizierst Leads sauber und übergibst sie an die Geschäftsführung. • Du bereitest Angebote, Unterlagen und Gesprächsgrundlagen vor, damit jeder Sales-Termin sitzt. • Du pflegst Pipeline und CRM, hältst Leads warm (Follow-ups, Nurturing) und sorgst für verlässliche Forecasts. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen – lieferst Input aus Verkaufsgesprächen und unterstützt bei Kampagnen, Content und Leadgenerierung. • Du gibst Marktfeedback an Produkt und Geschäftsführung weiter.

Job Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales (gern Pre-Sales, Sales Development, Business Development oder Inside Sales), idealerweise im IT-, SaaS- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.
  • Erste weclapp-Kenntnisse – du kennst die Software aus der Praxis und kannst sie glaubwürdig zeigen.
  • Gutes E-Commerce-Verständnis (Shop-Prozesse, Bestellung, Lager/Versand, gängige Tools).
  • Nachweisbare Praxis mit LinkedIn Sales / Social Selling und modernen, rechtskonformen (DSGVO-konformen) Akquise-Methoden.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und remote-taugliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- UND Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Wohnsitz und Anstellung in Österreich oder Deutschland.
