Role Description We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Retoucher, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. - Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, and commercial campaigns - Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image clean-up, and finishing - Retouch beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and product imagery with a strong attention to detail - Integrate CGI elements seamlessly with photography when required - Follow creative direction while maintaining consistency with established visual standards - Collaborate with photographers, art directors, producers, and CGI artists - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Prepare and deliver production-ready files according to specifications - Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow best practices Qualifications - 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial studio or agency environment - Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop - Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and photographic techniques - Advanced compositing and masking skills - Experience with beauty/skin retouching at a high-end level - Familiarity with CGI workflows and integration is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across assets - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to take direction and provide creative problem-solving when needed Requirements - Experience working with large-scale campaigns and high-volume production is a plus - Knowledge of Capture One or similar raw processing software - Understanding of print and digital production requirements - Basic knowledge of 3D/CGI tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) Benefits - The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,300 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. - This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. - The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
