Role Description We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for Sweden at Mammutmarsch! We are looking for someone who doesn’t just execute marketing, but wants to help build Mammutmarsch on an international scale. - Plan and execute marketing activities for the Swedish market - Work closely with our German marketing team - Support the launch and growth of the Mammutmarsch brand in Sweden - Develop local marketing ideas and campaigns - Execute activities across social media, influencer marketing, PR, guerrilla marketing, and other channels - Research and build relevant partnerships and networks - Become one of the first ambassadors of the Mammutmarsch spirit in Sweden - Help build a local Mammutmarsch community - Identify opportunities, trends, and market insights - Contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our marketing strategy - Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives - Support events and marketing activities on-site - Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and service providers - Assist with the analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns Qualifications - Initial experience in marketing (e.g. social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR, or general marketing) - Highly independent and proactive working style - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - Excitement about taking ownership and helping build a new market - Willingness to travel - Native-level Swedish - Strong English skills - Passion for our mission and our events Requirements - You don't need to know everything.
