This Sr Associate position plays a critical role in keeping all members of the HR Shared Services HR Consulting team informed of our partner strategies, annual calendar, and process elements for day-to-day activities the team manages. They will establish and maintain routines and meeting cadences for the team, along with sharing best practices from other Human Resource Consulting and partner teams, while assisting teammates on miscellaneous reporting and coordination to help the team run as effectively as possible. Roles and Responsibilities - Administer and monitor day-to-day benefits operations, including enrollments, life events, vendor invoicing, and support assistance during audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless associate experience across all benefit plans. - Support the coordination, and execution of benefits projects and initiatives, including open enrollment, vendor implementations, and program enhancements. - Maintain and update benefits data across systems, ensuring data integrity and enabling accurate reporting; generating recurring and ad hoc analytics. - Support the Benefits Lead on cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure benefit programs operate in full regulatory compliance and align with internal policy standards. - Support internal communications efforts related to benefits programs, drafting associate-facing materials and coordinating stakeholder updates with clarity, accuracy, and alignment to the Total Rewards narrative. Basic Qualifications - Intermediate-Advanced English fluency. - Bachelor's Degree. - At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources - At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management Preferred Qualifications - Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification - 2+ year of experience in Human Resources - 1+ year of experience in Project or Process Management At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
