• Support the Programmatic Team’s Account Managers and Director across all facets of a campaign • Help respond to briefs, set up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSPs and proprietary platform • Report and analyze live campaign performance • Ensure strong attention to detail and high-quality, consistent work • Independently monitor and pace campaigns, troubleshoot common issues, and optimize as needed • Contribute to campaign reporting, performance analysis, product and pipeline tasks, and media supply optimization • Manage clients, identify upsell opportunities, and support accurate campaign reconciliation
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience, numerical literacy, and evidence of data-driven decision-making and analysis; strong knowledge of OOH industry and OOH media strategies preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient use of spreadsheets and slides for data analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and solve problems with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent multitasking, strong presentation skills, flexible communication skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, work with a structured and methodical approach, collaborate as a strong team player, and communicate with confidence while explaining complex topics in simple terms.
