Role Description Wir bauen KI-gestützte Automatisierungen und SaaS-Plugins für weclapp und helfen E-Commerce-Marken im DACH-Raum, sich gegen die Großen zu behaupten. Damit aus Interesse echte Projekte werden, brauchen wir dich in der Sales-Vorbereitung: - Du findest die richtigen Kund:innen, baust Beziehungen auf, qualifizierst Opportunities und bereitest Deals so vor, dass unsere Geschäftsführung sie zum Abschluss bringt. - Vertrieb ist dein Zuhause und mit unserem eingespielten Marketing-Team arbeitest du eng zusammen, um Reichweite und Pipeline aufzubauen. Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales (gern Pre-Sales, Sales Development, Business Development oder Inside Sales), idealerweise im IT-, SaaS- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld - Erste weclapp-Kenntnisse – du kennst die Software aus der Praxis und kannst sie glaubwürdig zeigen - Gutes E-Commerce-Verständnis (Shop-Prozesse, Bestellung, Lager/Versand, gängige Tools) - Nachweisbare Praxis mit LinkedIn Sales / Social Selling und modernen, rechtskonformen (DSGVO-konformen) Akquise-Methoden - Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und remote-taugliche Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute Deutsch- UND Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Wohnsitz und Anstellung in Österreich oder Deutschland Requirements - Besondere, nachweisbare Erfahrung mit dem Schweizer Markt (Gepflogenheiten, Ansprache, Netzwerk) - ERP-Prozesswissen (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Stammdaten) - Routine mit CRM-Tools, Marketing-Automation und Content-Erstellung - Kenntnis des E-Commerce-Stacks (Shopify, Marktplätze, Carrier wie DPD, Sendcloud, Shipcloud) - Erfahrung mit Automatisierung (n8n) oder KI-gestütztem Sales/Marketing Benefits - Fully Remote in DE/AT – keine Präsenzpflicht.
