Product Manager (Mid-level)

• Optimize product profitability through competitive pricing and investment management. • Plan and launch products by mobilizing all involved departments and monitoring the schedule of product/launch-related activities. • Develop product positioning and branding initiatives based on internal and external analyses of threats and opportunities, using marketing tools. • Manage the product line’s promotional investments by analyzing priorities and opportunities. • Monitor competitors' promotional, commercial and marketing practices to adjust strategic direction when necessary. • Prepare communication and promotional plans for the company's products. • Represent Libbs before medical societies and at events, according to the specialty. • Source and evaluate suppliers such as advertising agencies, publishers and digital app developers for the design and implementation of promotional campaigns. • Participate in monthly area alignment and management-by-guidelines (GPD) meetings, compiling product performance information, presenting actions taken, objectives/results achieved, performance indicators for each product, any deviations and corrective actions. • Work with manufacturing and commercial teams to monitor product cost control in order to identify rationalization opportunities; monitor the sales force in implementing marketing actions. • Monitor product availability in the market through production and inventory control. • Audit and validate product distribution at points of sale (POS) and with distributors; stay informed on industry developments and scientific literature to improve or identify new forms of market interaction and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Strong business experience with responsibilities related to product strategies in the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area.
  • Current or prior experience in marketing, sales or other business-related areas.
  • Analytical skills and experience with market audit processes such as PMB, NPS, GPS, Close-Up, among others.
  • Financial knowledge: budget management (expense control, investment in campaigns, materials and events), financial analysis (P&L, gross and net margin).
  • Experience managing product launches, from strategic planning through execution and results monitoring.
  • Experience with CNS products or special-control products (regulated by RDC 344).
