Commercial Manager – Utilities & Water Industry

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic clients in the utilities and industrial water sectors • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders • Ensure customer retention and drive revenue growth • Understand clients' operational challenges to propose suitable solutions • Translate complex technical issues into clear business benefits • Position solutions as levers to improve water quality, compliance, and operational performance • Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle • Support the integration and implementation of solutions at client sites • Ensure long-term adoption of deployed technologies • Provide post-deployment follow-up and identify opportunities for additional development • Collect client feedback and monitor market trends • Contribute to product offering evolution and commercial strategy • Participate in defining commercial development priorities

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in water treatment, utilities, or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of processes related to drinking water, wastewater, or industrial water treatment systems
  • Knowledge of water quality monitoring principles and microbiological surveillance
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions in B2B or industrial environments
  • Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into operational recommendations
  • Good understanding of industrial environments and regulatory constraints
  • Excellent skills in business development and strategic account management
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organized, self-motivated, and persistent
  • Experience with long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
  • Languages: Fluent English required, fluent French, German appreciated
