Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting or client-facing engineering role in IT or cybersecurity
- University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of cryptography, key management, digital certificates, TLS, encryption and electronic signatures
- Experience with cloud and virtualization environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent)
- Knowledge of databases and associated monitoring, audit or security solutions
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments
- Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, incident management and security operations is a plus
- Experience with scripting or software development is an asset
- Understanding of payment environments, PCI standards or related technologies is a plus
- Customer-oriented approach, analytical mindset and strong ability to learn
- Languages: French (professional), English (fluent), Dutch (professional)

Role Description The Clinical Consultant serves as the primary liaison between OptumRx clinical operations, professional practice, clinical products and the Clinical Consultant’s assigned client base. The role provides clinical support for OptumRx account management, operations, information technology, and other internal departments. The Clinical Consultant establishes client relationships and serves as primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery for clinical pharmacy needs. This individual is relied upon to provide proactive clinical recommendations, information regarding pharmacy trends, clinical programs and products, and industry changes to clients, thereby fostering consultative relationships.
