GTM & Marketing Operations Specialist – SaaS

• Own Campaign Execution: Build, configure, and launch marketing assets across email, lifecycle automation, and digital channels for client accounts. • Ensure Quality Control: Run comprehensive QA checks on workflows, lists, forms, and landing pages to catch and resolve issues before they reach the client. • Manage Scope: Balance daily client execution requests against agreed-upon project scope, proactively flagging gaps rather than absorbing them. • Lead Focused Meetings: Act as a reliable point of contact for assigned client workstreams, running clear alignment syncs and communicating decisions seamlessly. • Deliver Strategic Reporting: Synthesize campaign data, status updates, and performance results into professional, high-impact presentations and reports. • Cultivate long-term client confidence through consistent follow-through, accurate documentation, and on-time updates. • Audit Portals: Conduct routine client portal audits and resolve day-to-day platform questions independently. • Drive Agency Growth: Own the operational delivery of our internal marketing campaigns, website updates, and lifecycle systems, keeping our portal pristine. • Validate Output: Apply strict human judgment and quality control to all AI-generated content before it reaches clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or agency environment.
  • Deep, hands-on proficiency building workflows, managing lists, and navigating HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Concrete experience using AI tools daily to augment workflows, scale output, and build project artifacts.
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of explaining campaign performance and complex data directly to clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and distinct client accounts in parallel within a fast-moving, remote environment.

Role Description As Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll lead the engine that powers smarter marketing at Edmentum.
