• Build AI-powered marketing systems that eliminate manual work, automate complex workflows, and improve how an entire marketing organization operates. • Work with multiple marketing teams to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them through process design, AI, workflow automation, and scalable systems. • Own the marketing operating rhythm, including Campaign brief intake, Planning cadences, Post-campaign reviews, Weekly performance reporting. • Design and deploy automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n. • Build executive reporting used by marketing leadership. • Measure every initiative through tangible business outcomes, including Hours saved, Cycle-time reduction, Error-rate improvements, Faster decision making. • Own every improvement initiative from diagnosis to implementation and ensure successful adoption by teams.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Growth Operations, Brand Operations, or similar operational marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of both marketing strategy and marketing execution.
- Hands-on experience building automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Experience using Claude Code or other AI-powered development tools.
- Strong skills in process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ability to independently prioritize initiatives and execute projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational improvements to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The primary deliverable for the first four months is the project management of the new MFL website build.
