Product Owner

• Lead ceremonies, such as stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives. • Own and maintain the Kanban board, ensuring tasks are prioritized and progress is tracked effectively. • Write clear, actionable Jira tickets with well-defined acceptance criteria. • Partner closely with developers to clarify requirements and keep work moving forward. • Make informed decisions regarding priorities for the development team, ensuring that the most critical work is addressed first. • Track and report on weekly goals, keeping teammates and product leadership informed of progress. • Support release planning and execution, ensuring successful deployments. • Propose feature adoption plans, define success metrics, and measure impact post-launch. • Summarize insights from user interviews and independently conduct user behavior analysis. • Create and maintain feature documentation for internal teams and external users. • Assist the Product Support team with inquiries from end users as needed, and provide coverage when required.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role and proficient with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • A strong sense of ownership - you follow through and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adjusting priorities as new information emerges.
  • Energized by solving problems with others.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
