Role Description The Principal will support the leadership team, CEO, President and CFO across the firm’s platform, contributing across investment, platform-building, capital raising, and business development workstreams as priorities shift. They are looking for someone analytically exceptional: intellectually rigorous, commercially minded, reliable, and highly detail-oriented. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn our markets and business. A team player. Key Parameters - Reports to: CEO, President and CFO - Location: Based in the UAE. Remote-first, with travel as required. - Experience: analytical background with 3 to 6 years in PE, IB, consulting, Big Four, or similar - Start date: ASAP What You Will Do - Investment and strategic analysis - Perform financial modelling, market analysis, and investment underwriting - Support sourcing, transaction execution, and due diligence processes - Produce investment memos, Board materials, and strategic analysis - Support capital raising materials and investor workstreams - Track carbon market developments and develop investment views - Platform and commercial support - Support broader platform priorities across business development (carbon credit commercialization) - Help manage intermediary, investor, and corporate buyer relationships - Support commercial and legal processes - Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including AI adoption across the platform, and other strategic projects Who You Are - Professional profile: - Exceptional analytical ability, thoughtfulness and sound commercial judgment - Meticulous attention to detail and consistently high-quality output - Take responsibility, own results and deadlines - Strong professional track record, ideally including early progression and increased responsibility - Personality profile: - Curious, intellectually engaged, and eager to learn - Collaborative team player - Adaptable and comfortable operating across shifting priorities and workstreams - Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and exposure - Self-starter, able to work independently and remotely
