Senior Product Manager, Platform & Expansion

Role Description As Senior Product Manager, you will own the external product surface that packages nSure.ai’s adaptive AI into a product customers, partners, and merchants can buy and integrate. You will partner closely with R&D, Data, and Customer-facing teams. Your work will evolve the three product pillars that anchor our external surface: - Partner reach: the layer that allows our channel partners to effectively leverage nSure.ai’s product into their book of business more effectively. - Frictionless integration: the merchant onboarding and activation experience that drives predictable time-to-value at scale. - Market expansion: new geographies, new local payment methods, and product packaging to fight upcoming fraud trends. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of creating products in the fraud prevention space, risk, or a related B2B domain. - Strong fraud prevention background. You understand the fraud lifecycle, attack patterns, decision economics, and the trade-off between approval rate and fraud loss. - Strong payments / FinTech / cybersecurity background. You understand fraud prevention, PSPs, card networks, 3DS, chargebacks, and scheme rules. - Comfortable with AI / ML-driven products. You do not need to own the model lifecycle, but you must be fluent enough to product-manage on top of model outputs. - Experience with B2B SaaS / API-first products. You have shipped to enterprise customers with integration cycles, SLAs, and change management. - Able to create AI-based prototypes of the ideas you conceptualize. - Data-fluent, comfortable using data analytics tools (Looker, Snowflake, or equivalent). Able to define and run product experiments and read out results. - Operates with a get-it-done mindset in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving alignment across R&D, Data, Fraud, and GTM. - Based in GMT +/-2 timezone, comfortable working in a remote setup. Requirements - Direct exposure to Crypto, Gaming, or Gift Card verticals. - Experience working with TAM, CS, and Sales orgs on product-led expansion motions. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Responsibilities - Formalize and own a strong product vision across your domains. Evangelize the vision internally and to customers. - Own, define, and execute the roadmap across the partner reach, frictionless integration, and market expansion pillars. - Extend the partner enablement product and drive merchant integration improvements that reduce time-to-revenue and increase customer self-sufficiency. - Lead geographic and payment method expansion. Onboard new local payment methods to the fraud prevention platform as required to satisfy the growing customer needs. - Evolve nSure.ai’s social engineering prevention capabilities balancing approval, fraud loss, and customer experience. - Own product documentation and internal enablement for Sales, TAM, CS, and Fraud teams.
