Role Description Join us and lead tech innovation for a reinvented interior experience! Currently for our entity Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina we recruit a PG Commodity SQA Engineer. - Providing recommendation to regional Sourcing Committee (conducting suppliers selection for projects) on the supplier capability proposed for sourcing inherent to the commodity. - Using AQP - SRM PQA module for all the project components. - Raising to Project Quality and Project Purchasing all technical issues encountered by the suppliers requiring a modification of the drawing, specification or VRF. - Validation PD and CA for incidents created by a supplier falling in his or her region of operation and the commodity in charge. - Support Group Segment SQA Leader in the preparation of the Top Worst Suppliers meetings when supplier improvement is required. - Responsible for the key indicators for the scope of his or her region of operation and the commodity in charge. - Performing audit for purchased components, validating supplier process. - Preferred knowledge from Electromechanic & Electronic as additional advantage. Qualifications - Master's degree in technical area. - 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality area preferably in automotive industry. - Operational Quality Experience. - Fluency in English. - Knowledge of Quality Tools (FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, SPC, PDCA, 5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP + PPAP, Control Plan). - Certified Internal or External System Auditor IATF 16949, VDA 6.3. - Willingness to travel. - Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress. - Orientation and accuracy with precision is a must.
