Requirements - Prior experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Financial Support environments, particularly in roles involving CFD or FX products. - Track record of handling high-volume operational tasks or working in shift-based roles within regulated financial services. - Cross-functional experience spanning CS, Operations, Risk, and/or Finance teams is a distinct advantage. - Familiarity with brokerage systems, trading platforms, or back-office operational tools. Benefits - Be part of a growing global brokerage with a collaborative, high-performance operations culture. - Structured onboarding and operational training with clear pathways for role progression. - Work with a team that embraces process innovation and actively uses AI tools in daily workflows. - Competitive remuneration with shift allowances and performance-based incentives.
