• Install, configure and commission Amazon Alexa and Amazon Smart Properties solutions within customer environments • Carry out device deployment, setup, testing and troubleshooting activities on customer sites • Support Wi-Fi connectivity validation, device registration and basic network troubleshooting • Configure resident rooms, communal spaces and associated management consoles • Deliver onboarding support and assist with scheme go-live activities • Provide basic user guidance and training to scheme staff and residents • Work alongside Tunstall operational, service and project teams during deployments • Maintain accurate implementation records, deployment documentation and asset tracking • Support pilot deployments, demonstrations and proof-of-concept activity

• Build a strong pipeline business by identifying new leads on a regular basis. • Convert leads to prospects through gaining insight into their service delivery models. • Educate prospects on new models of integrated health and care provision. • Utilise all available resources to turn prospects into customers. • Utilise a combination of transactional and consultative approaches to win new business. • Actively target adjacent market sectors to expand the regional customer base. • Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales and increase revenues. • Lead regional territory reviews and support operational reviews with customers. • Provide sales input to the Regional Commercial team on the development of solutions to meet strategic customer initiatives. • Produce a territory plan with accurate sales forecasting and clearly defined steps to achieve or exceed quota. • Develop, communicate, and implement the regional sales territory plan. • Support and track projects, monitor quotations, bids and tenders and increase success rates. • Understand contractual obligations, monitor compliance and escalate any quality or integrity issues. • Provide sales expertise in any regional tender/bid opportunities. • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments to identify potential opportunities for company growth in the housing, connected health and care market. • Identify market trends by attending regional and national meetings, workshops and industry events. • Collaborate with marketing to expand regional brand presence through the creation of suitable materials and maximise the use of digital marketing channels.
