• This role will work with business leaders in the Integrated Business Planning and Materials Management organizations. • The individual will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing and implementation of DT projects that support our Bill Of Material configuration processes, engineering change interfaces, and web services. • In this position, the individual will use his/her technical background to develop solutions to complex business issues and propose IT recommendations for strategic changes to our landscape that will improve the reliability and accuracy of existing applications. • This position will require a high degree of collaboration across different teams to develop and execute Digital Technology solutions. • The position requires the ability to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Product Lifecycle Management. • This position also allows for the person to have the opportunity to define configuration and customization requirements based on engineering business requirements.

• Respond to Developer Inquiries: Be the first point of contact for technical support questions, especially related to our mobile SDKs and APIs. You’ll communicate with our customers through email, ticketing system, discussion boards, and video calls to solve their problems. • Triage & Troubleshoot: Investigate issues, guide through debugging steps, and collaborate closely with our engineering team to identify and fix bugs. Build and improve sample applications to ensure smooth integration for our customers. • Maintain Support Resources: Help improve and update FAQs, internal tools, and technical documentation to streamline future support. • Assist During High-Priority Incidents: Step in confidently during urgent support needs, coordinating with internal teams and communicating clearly with customers.

• Provide exceptional technical support on the ClickUp platform. • Perform extensive troubleshooting and testing for our customer base. • Drive product change and improvement through detailed filings of bug and enhancement reports to help customers and make ClickUp the leading productivity platform. • Help our team grow by 1% daily by contributing to our support documentation and helping colleagues through internal communication tools. • Own the customer experience - striving towards delivering the best possible experience with the least effort. • Contribute to the improvement of team processes and client-facing support documentation. • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization to find the answer you need. • Interacting with clients primarily via cases and email using exemplary communication skills. • Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Developer teams to drive solutions when the product does not work as intended. This includes exemplary and concise written reproduction steps, collection of HAR files, and/or videos of defect reproduction, as well as any other notable information that can help them pinpoint the cause.
