• Own the technical post-sales relationship with assigned government accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for technical implementation, integration, and optimization. • Develop and execute technical account plans that align our solutions with customers' business objectives and technical environment. • Lead client onboarding, solution design, implementation, and integration projects, collaborating with customers' technical teams and internal engineering resources. • Create and deliver training programs for customer teams. • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges before they impact customer satisfaction. Conduct review sessions and health checks to ensure optimal platform utilization. • Monitor customer technical metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for expanded adoption. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback. • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge base, guide customers through platform updates, new feature releases, and technical changes.

• Engage directly with merchants to understand requirements for their B2B/Dropshipping expansion opportunities: retailers’ expectations, timelines, volumes, technical needs, etc. • Translate all of the above—in combination with merchants’ overall goals—into clear, actionable solutions/approaches that balance feasibility, complexity, and value. • Evaluate retailer-specific technical & operational requirements: EDI-related, routing, labeling, etc.) to confirm what can be supported. • Conduct feasibility-checks across tech-stacks and operational workflows/capabilities to confirm the extent to which ShipBob can support. • Identify risks, gaps, and mission-critical changes early in the opportunity-lifecycle. • Scope and document opportunities (via use of Retail Summaries, Merchant Success Plans, and internal briefs) to ensure alignment on responsibilities and expectations. • Support internal approvals, opportunity-creation, and Prepaid billing recommendations. • Provide sales-adjacent support where needed, ensuring clarity amongst all internal & external stakeholders. • Prepare opportunities for handoff by producing clear documentation and ensuring all mission-critical steps are complete for Implementation readiness. • Partner closely with Implementation teams to maintain continuity through go-lives and ensure solutions land as designed. • Champion process & product evolution by recommending improvements to B2B-centric processes, playbooks, etc. so as to optimize merchants’ experiences.

• Architect production level ML workloads for customers using our unified platform, including end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, integration with cloud-native services, MLOps, etc. • Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale ranging from feature engineering, training, tracking, serving to model monitoring all within a single platform, as well as participating in the larger ML SME community in Databricks • Collaborate cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer, define priorities and influence the product roadmap, helping with the adoption of Databricks’ ML offerings • Build, scale, and optimize customer data science workloads and apply best in class MLOps to productionize these workloads across a variety of domains • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions, such as RAG architectures on enterprise knowledge repos, querying structured data with natural language, content generation, and monitoring

• Own the end-to-end architecture of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, and maintainable. • Design custom SharePoint solutions using Power Automate (Logic Apps based) as the core automation engine. • Define solution patterns, governance models, and architectural standards. • Evaluate business requirements and determine when low-code, custom development, or hybrid approaches are appropriate. • Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise Power Automate best practices. • Architect complex flows with structured error handling, monitoring, performance standards, and audit controls. • Define flow design standards across the organization. • Partner with engineering teams to integrate Power Automate with custom .NET/C# services where the solution demands it. • Act as a technical partner to business stakeholders, translating operational needs into clear automation opportunities. • Drive Power Automate adoption among citizen developers while enforcing guardrails that prevent ungoverned sprawl. • Create a best practices playbook, reference architectures, and a demo portfolio that shows the business what can be automated, how it should be built, and what should be avoided. • Educate stakeholders on automation capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs. • Review solution designs and implementations for quality and architectural alignment. • Mentor developers and business power users on best practices. • Provide clear guidance and decision-making in ambiguous or complex scenarios. • Bring confidence, ownership, and authority to architectural discussions with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
