• Execute manual functional, regression, and smoke testing for web products • Design and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports) • Test features throughout development, release, and post-launch phases • Reproduce and document bugs with clear descriptions • Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues • Provide quality feedback and test reports

• Own and optimize the end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding experience for home lending customers. • Manage integrations and strategic relationships with third-party mortgage technology platforms including Encompass, Blue Sage, Byte, Vesta, nCino, Blend, Tidelwave, Lodasoft, LenderLogix and other LOS/POS/mortgage ecosystem partners • Partner directly with lenders and enterprise customers to gather business and technical requirements • Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, operations, and partnerships teams to ensure successful client deployments • Drive scalable implementation processes, onboarding playbooks, and integration standards • Translate customer implementation needs into product enhancements and roadmap priorities • Identify opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and accelerate go-live timelines • Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication • Collaborate with Customer Success to improve customer adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes • Monitor implementation performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for mortgage workflows, lender onboarding, and integration ecosystems

• Design and maintain compelling visual identities across our website, marketing materials, and digital touchpoints • Create engaging graphics for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer and client-facing materials • Design website layouts that are both visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused • Develop marketing collateral, including presentation decks, one-pagers, infographics, guides, and enablement materials • Ship high-quality creative work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail • Stay current on emerging trends in web design, visual design, and digital marketing • Contribute to product design efforts, including iconography, illustrations, and UI elements (a plus) • Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines

• Reverse engineer and build integrations with external APIs and services • Use best programming practices to optimize code performance • Write and maintain unit and integration tests

• Lead the legal function: Manage daily operations and budget to perform a broad range of legal work, providing strategic direction, first-rate execution, and mentorship while operating with a high degree of autonomy and relying on strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Oversee commercial contract management: Draft, structure, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including software service agreements, partnerships, and vendor contracts, aligning outcomes with company objectives. • Develop the company’s regulatory compliance framework, offering practical solutions that support innovation and growth. Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, particularly the FCRA. Experience with financial services and the public sector is a plus. • Advise leadership on risk, compliance, and legal frameworks to support our growth. Research and respond to inquiries relating to complex operational and regulatory issues. • Collaborate with executives and managers to define and implement company-wide legal and compliance policies. Leverage technology to improve scalability, strengthen collaboration, and achieve superior results faster. • Corporate governance: Maintain corporate records, assist with financings, and ensure the company remains in good standing. Experience with transactions such as equity fundraising, debt financing, and M&A is a plus. • Oversee and manage relationships with external legal counsel as needed to ensure high-quality, cost-effective support across jurisdictions and domains. • Everything else: As our legal chief, you’ll be the point person to help navigate a broad range of matters, including labor, privacy, IP, litigation, immigration, and more.

• Own the technical relationship with assigned enterprise accounts post-sales, serving as the primary point of contact for technical implementation, integration, and optimization • Develop and execute technical account plans that align our solutions with customers' business objectives and technical environment • Lead client onboarding, solution design, implementation, and integration projects, collaborating with customers' technical teams and internal engineering resources • Create and deliver training programs for customer teams • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges before they impact customer satisfaction. Conduct review sessions and health checks to ensure optimal platform utilization • Monitor customer technical metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for expanded adoption • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge baseGuide customers through platform updates, new feature releases, and technical changes

• Architect and scale our AWS infrastructure, including container orchestration, autoscaling, networking, and cost optimization • Build our observability and alerting platform from the ground up. You'll own it from design through production deployment • Lead infrastructure builds for compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA). We need someone who scopes, builds, and ships, not just advises • Harden container workloads and secrets management across production, staging, and isolated compliance environments • Own the shared infrastructure stack (Postgres, Redis, Celery). Find bottlenecks, fix them, and add capacity before they become incidents • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for deploy speed, reliability, and security • Extend our Terraform codebase to keep environments reproducible and audit-ready. We ship IaC changes weekly, not quarterly • Define and own our reliability practices: SLOs, incident response, post-mortems, and the production tooling to back them up • Unblock engineering teams by reducing deploy friction, improving dev environments, and eliminating toil • Share on-call with a small team. When things break, you lead the response, run the post-mortem, and make sure the fix ships

• Design and develop comprehensive RESTful APIs for employment verification, income verification, and financial data processing services • Build robust authentication systems, including JWT tokens, OAuth integrations, and API key management for external client access. • Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, ensuring clear integration guides for developer partners • Implement scalable endpoint architecture supporting high-volume data processing for banks, lenders, and fintech applications. • Develop webhook systems and callback handlers for real-time event notifications to client applications
