Senior Technical Consultant
Intapp
• Implement and configure Intapp’s Collaboration platform software in the customer’s M365 environment. • Conduct meetings to gather/refine and document business requirements. • Configure software and confirm expected functionality. • Demonstrate configured software to solicit customer’s feedback/refinement. • Work with the customer’s IT team to coordinate M365 tasks. • Facilitate UAT and training activities with the customer’s project team. • Communicate and manage issues with the Intapp project manager, ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
Job Requirements
- Ten years’ plus experience working in a technical capacity.
- Five years’ experience in a software consultant or technical analyst role.
- Experience administering SharePoint and implementing SharePoint based solutions in a client facing capacity.
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Teams and Outlook.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Some automation coding experience in Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell or Power Automate.
- Advanced administration skills, particularly using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Azure and M365 admin center.

Role Description The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is supporting the Government of Malawi and development partners in strengthening water security, climate resilience, irrigation governance, monitoring and evaluation systems, evidence-based planning, and sector coordination. IWMI seeks to engage a National Consultant to provide technical, analytical, stakeholder engagement, learning, and programme support services in Malawi. The objective of this consultancy is to provide in-country technical and programme support to IWMI’s Malawi portfolio through: - Evidence generation - Stakeholder engagement - Documentation of progress and lessons - Follow-up of agreed actions - Identification of implementation bottlenecks - Support to policy and sector coordination processes The consultant will serve as an important link between IWMI, government institutions, development partners, and other stakeholders, while contributing to the production of high-quality technical and knowledge products. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Water Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, Climate Change, Irrigation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Geography, Agribusiness, or a related discipline. - A master’s degree in a related discipline.
