• Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site • Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities • Supporting development and AIT teams on operations-related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.) • Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations • Supporting procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations • Coordinating/ensuring the on-time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE • Coordinating/ensuring the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE • Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls • Supporting in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery • Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; any other higher education degree will be appreciated
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities for engineering companies, preferably in the aerospace sector
- Knowledge about UAE regulations, with a focus on safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for advancing the commercial space industry
- Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an asset
