• Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site • Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities • Supporting development and AIT teams on operations-related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.) • Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations • Supporting procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations • Coordinating/ensuring the on-time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE • Coordinating/ensuring the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE • Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls • Supporting in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery • Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards

• Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across from within the Aerospace industry • Build and maintain deep pipelines of passive candidates through direct headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases, alumni networks, and niche online communities • Conduct in-depth candidate outreach tailored to individuals with unique or hard-to-find skill sets • Use a data-driven approach to prioritize critical roles and identify sourcing bottlenecks • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback loops, offers, and closing • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with consistent, clear communication and personalized engagement • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, hiring criteria, and structured interview processes • Lead closing strategies and compensation negotiations, ensuring alignment with candidate expectations and company goals • Represent The Exploration Company at conferences, industry meetups, university programs, and online events • Develop targeted outreach campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top technical talent • Position The Exploration Company as a leader in both space innovation and workplace culture • Stay current on industry trends, compensation data, competitor movements, and labor market shifts in aerospace, defense, and emerging tech • Map organizations and talent pools, particularly in stealth companies or niche fields • Share market insights with leadership to help guide workforce planning and strategic hiring

• Own the ground segment for the project • Define the architecture of the ground segment • Design and develop ground segment HW and SW tools • Ensure reliability through rigorous automated and manual testing • Document the ground segment tools • Procure all related HW and means for the ground segment • Validate the ground segment performances • Partner with testing and operations teams to understand and meet needs • Support test procedures definition • Support test operations

• Taking ownership of the software architecture, components, and interfaces • Owning the requirements for the software sub-system • Being responsible for implementation of the Flight software modules (Sub-system) • Being responsible for writing clean unit tests • Collaborating with other teams (e.g. Avionics, GNC, Propulsion) to ensure seamless integration of the software into the test framework • Being responsible for integrated tests (with Hardware and Simulated) • Actively participating in system-level tests and provide support for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a new lunar lander test facility from concept to operations. • Define and synthesize system-level requirements for a remote lunar lander test site supporting hot firing and hopper flight testing. • Lead the design and implementation of the complete facility, including ground infrastructure and utilities. • Specify and implement propellant and pressurization systems including Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Methane, Helium, and Nitrogen. • Design infrastructure enabling autonomous operation of a remote site (power generation, storage, logistics, safety systems). • Develop P&IDs for propulsion test facilities and associated ground support equipment. • Design, size, and select components for cryogenic and high-pressure fluid systems. • Ensure safe handling, storage, and distribution of cryogenic propellants and pressurants. • Define facility layout, foundations, structural interfaces, and site infrastructure requirements. • Coordinate with civil engineering partners to implement test stands, safety perimeters, and support buildings. • Define and implement automation architectures for test operations and facility control, including safe connections with the vehicle to test. • Develop and validate safety-critical systems protecting personnel, hardware, and environment. • Perform hazard analyses (FMEA, HAZOP, risk assessments) and implement mitigation measures. • Develop test procedures, operational concepts, and commissioning plans. • Lead end-to-end development of the test facility including design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operations readiness. • Manage technical interfaces with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers. • Perform trade-off analyses to optimize performance, safety, cost, and schedule. • Support on-site deployment, integration, and test campaigns in the UAE.
