Als Medical Advisor bist du das wissenschaftliche Herzstück unserer Projekte. Du übersetzt komplexe medizinische Daten in kreative und wirksame Kommunikationskonzepte und berätst sowohl unsere internen Teams als auch unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe. - Medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Beratung: Du berätst unsere Beratung (Account Management) und die Kreation bei der Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Konzepten und Content-Strategien. - Medical Strategy: Du analysierst Studiendaten, Leitlinien sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten und leitest daraus die medizinische Storyline für unsere Kunden ab. - Content-Creation & Review: Du erstellst und reviewst anspruchsvolle medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Inhalte (für Rx und OTC) und stellst sicher, dass sie wissenschaftlich präzise, zielgruppengerecht (Fachkreise & Patienten) und rechtlich (HWG/FSA) sicher sind. - Kundenkontakt & Sparringspartner: Du nimmst an Briefing- und Abstimmungsmeetings teil, präsentierst medizinische Konzepte vor Kunden und agierst als kompetente*r Ansprechpartner*in für Medical-Abteilungen auf Kundenseite. - Qualitätssicherung: Fachprüfung und medizinisches Freigabemanagement von analogen und digitalen Kommunikationsmaterialien. Qualifications - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes medizinisches, pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Promotion im Bereich Life Sciences von Vorteil, aber kein Muss). - Erste Erfahrung als Medical Advisor oder im Medical Marketing – idealerweise auf Agenturseite oder in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. - Tiefes Verständnis für klinische Studien, Studiendesigns und komplexe Daten. - Vertraut mit den regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im Healthcare-Marketing (z. B. HWG, Heilmittelwerberecht, FSA-Kodex). - Exzellentes Sprachgefühl (Deutsch und Englisch) und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. - Offen für verschiedenste Indikationsgebiete – von der Selbstmedikation (OTC) bis hin zu hochspezialisierten Rx-Themen (z. Role Description - Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP programs in SAP systems. - Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed. - Designing, adjusting Adobe Forms and migrate to it from SAP Script and Smartforms. - Support by Output management configuration. - Supporting data migration projects. - Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements. - Coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications - Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken contexts. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development. - Solid experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. - Proven involvement in at least one SAP migration project. - Practical experience with Adobe Forms, SAPscript, and Smart Forms. - Service Region: Eastern Europe.

• You will own our React Native app end-to-end on iOS and Android, shipping new features and maintaining a fast, reliable production experience for our “sellers”. • You’ll work alongside our other mobile developer and the broader engineering team. • Core areas include onboarding/auth, profile management, orders, and in-app chat. • You’ll also build and maintain the backend APIs in Python + Django (DRF) that power the app, with a strong focus on performance, mobile latency, and scalability to support 1,000,000+ monthly visitors. • Ship new React Native features across iOS + Android (UI/UX, performance, reliability). • Maintain and improve the app through bug fixes, refactors, and release cycles. • Build and maintain Django (DRF) APIs that power the app (mobile latency, scale, observability).

• Own the development of add-ins and integrations within our agentic platform. • Collaborate with partners and lead the integration development process. • Make technical decisions and take ownership of integration projects with third parties. • Participate in weekly all-hands meetings, development meetings, partner calls, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and customer calls.
