Staff Product Manager – Agency Revenue Growth

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Agency Revenue Suite, driving growth across SaaS Mode, Reselling, Rebilling, and the overall agency revenue experience. • Create a unified experience that enables agencies to launch, monetize, and scale successful SaaS businesses on HighLevel. • Define and own the measurement strategy for the Agency Revenue Suite, including instrumentation, reporting, customer health frameworks, and key SaaS metrics across activation, adoption, retention, expansion, churn, and agency revenue performance. • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion by identifying opportunities through customer behavior, product analytics, and experimentation. • Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to develop growth insights, customer health models, churn prediction frameworks, dashboards, and scalable measurement systems that inform product decisions. • Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, feedback loops, and growth mechanisms that continuously improve customer outcomes and business performance. • Stay ahead of evolving SaaS, AI, and customer trends, translating market insights and customer needs into differentiated product experiences and growth opportunities. • Own the Voice of the Customer through customer interviews, behavioral analytics, retention analysis, and segmentation research, translating insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities. • Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to drive coordinated execution and measurable business impact. • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices, growth methodologies, and experimentation culture across the organization.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of driving product growth and business outcomes.
- Strong experience building and scaling SaaS products, with deep expertise in onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and product-led growth.
- Experience owning a product area and delivering measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, experimentation frameworks, customer lifecycle management, and KPI-driven product strategies.
- Experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams to build measurement frameworks, customer health models, and growth insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with reseller platforms, white-label SaaS products, partner ecosystems, or agency-focused software.
- Experience serving agencies, SMBs, or platform businesses.
- Familiarity with recurring revenue models, subscription businesses, and SaaS monetization strategies.
- Experience building customer journey analytics, growth dashboards, and experimentation platforms.
- Experience operating in high-scale SaaS environments.
