Role Description Balsam International Unlimited Company – Philippine Regional Operating Headquarters is looking for an individual independent contractor to take on the role of Performance Marketing Analyst. This role involves: - Compiling and analyzing campaign data - Preparing performance reports - Supporting account audits - Creating and monitoring paid ads - Coordinating campaign workflows - Delivering insights that inform optimization strategies and support revenue and efficiency goals This contractor position is intended for individuals who can accurately execute assigned tasks and build practical channel knowledge while working under the guidance of experienced team members. The individual independent contractor will execute work remotely and engage with Balsam International via the Upwork platform. Key Deliverables - Data Reporting and Analysis: - Compiles and consolidates data from platforms including Google/Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools. - Prepares weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports summarizing key metrics such as CR, CTR, CPA, ROAS, campaign outcomes, and actionable insights. - Maintains and updates dashboards to support management reviews, business reviews, and internal check-ins. - Provides regular updates on various performance metrics to Performance Marketing leads. - Supports preparation of data and analysis for team discussions, campaign reviews, and optimization planning. - Account Management, Review, and Audit: - Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Reviews account setup, platform recommendations, product feeds, campaign settings, and other items. - Documents issues, irregularities, findings, or opportunities identified during audits. - Tracks and logs account spend, marketing spend, and campaign changes. - Monitors and regularly updates Expense Metric files. - Ad Creation and Monitoring: - Proposes ad copies for paid ads, including search and paid social ads. - Requests and reviews translated copy/assets with the Localization team. - Creates and uploads finalized ads on channel platforms. - Implements sale changes and campaign updates as needed. - Responsible for maintaining and updating ad copy feeds for deployment across multiple marketing platforms. - Conducts sample searches and ad checks to ensure ads appear as expected. - Project Coordination and Documentation: - Manages the ClickUp workflow for creative asset requests. - Tracks deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely campaign and sale launches. - Develops and maintains structured documentation of campaign processes, timelines, and standard operating procedures. - Provides administrative support to senior leads as needed. - Market Understanding and Audience Research: - Conducts competitor benchmarking and reviews industry best practices in digital marketing. - Assists in researching target audience behavior, preferences, and emerging digital consumption trends. - Contributes insights to refine segmentation and targeting strategies. - Other Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports company culture by participating in team-building events and activities. - Performs ad hoc tasks and other duties that may be assigned. Qualifications - Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, with strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in Paid Social Media and PPC, is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools. - Ability to use or explore AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools). - Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools/processes including AI tools. - Comfortable using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good written and verbal communication skills.
