Job Requirements

  • Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Economia ou áreas correlatas, com pós-graduação em áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio técnico em IA Generativa, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, arquiteturas RAG, MCP e orquestração de agentes inteligentes.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de iPaaS (n8n ou Make), consumo de APIs REST, Webhooks e arquitetura de integrações de sistemas corporativos.
  • Domínio de programação em Python, manipulação de arquivos JSON e controle de versionamento com Git/GitHub.
  • Conhecimento em SQL, modelagem de dados relacionais, processos de ETL e estruturação de dashboards/indicadores.
  • Bagagem no desenvolvimento de agentes de IA para uso corporativo e participação em projetos de transformação digital ou automação de processos.

Role Description SunStream Business Services, a leading managed IT service provider that supports Farm Credit lending institutions, is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Financial Technology (Fintech) offerings. Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Business Analyst develops requirement documentation to translate business needs into solutions that deliver organizational benefits. They work independently across multiple medium to large Agile features across the project lifecycle. This role has a strong backend focus, working with system integrations and file-based data movement across platforms. It involves critical thinking to ensure effective system impacts, active facilitation of Agile ceremonies and prioritization conversations, and building strong relationships between business partners and technology teams.
