• Analyze and monitor performance across digital media campaigns, including Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, and CTV. • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify performance trends. • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations. • Support the development of measurement frameworks, KPI structures, and campaign performance analyses. • Partner with media, marketing, and analytics teams to answer business questions and evaluate campaign outcomes. • SQL and Python as tools for analysis, data preparation, automation, and insight generation. • Assist with test-and-learn initiatives by supporting hypothesis development, analysis, and reporting. • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and consistency across analytics deliverables. • Contribute to audience analysis, campaign measurement, and performance reporting efforts. • Support marketing effectiveness analyses by incorporating insights from Marketing Mix Models (MMM), attribution frameworks, and other measurement approaches to evaluate channel performance and business impact.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience analyzing campaign performance across multiple digital media channels.
- Solid understanding of media metrics, campaign structures, optimization levers, and reporting methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and Python for analysis, data preparation, automation, and insight generation.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that support business decisions.
- Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance drivers, and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
- Experience with media platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, attribution, conversion lift, brand lift, geo-testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Ability to interpret MMM outputs and leverage findings to support media investment, budget allocation, and campaign optimization decisions.
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience working with marketing performance data and familiarity with media effectiveness measurement frameworks, including attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Ability to connect campaign-level performance metrics with broader business outcomes and marketing investment decisions.
