Job Requirements
- abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Studium* (Master oder Diplom Universität) der Fachrichtung Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Facility Management oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse basierend auf einer langjährigen Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen gesetzlichen und technischen Regelwerke, u.a. Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz, AwSV/VAwS, Hygieneverordnungen sowie Anforderungen des Brandschutzes
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C2-Niveau
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Veränderungs‑ und Transformationsprozessen sowie in der Einführung effizienter, moderner Arbeits‑ und Organisationsstrukturen
