Position Responsibilities - Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email. - Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions. - Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions. - Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred. - Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
