• Du verantwortest die Administration, Konfiguration und Sicherstellung des Windows-Betriebs auf unseren Client-Endgeräten und bringst dein Know-how auch in Ausschreibungsprozesse ein. • Die Planung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sonderlösungen im Clientumfeld liegt ebenso in deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die kontinuierliche Optimierung und das proaktive Lösen technischer Herausforderungen. • Für einen reibungslosen Betrieb sorgst du durch die Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Clientgeräten sowie die Verteilung aktueller Treiberpakete im Microsoft-Umfeld. • Mit Sorgfalt erstellst, pflegst und dokumentierst du Gruppenrichtlinien sowie System- und Betriebskonzepte und stellst eine transparente Dokumentation der IT-Umgebung sicher. • Im Rahmen des IT-Servicemanagements bearbeitest du 2nd-Level-Tickets und unterstützt bei der schnellen und nachhaltigen Lösung von Störungen. • Du verantwortest im Rahmen des Lifecycle-Managements die Integration neuer Hardwaremodelle in unsere Systemlandschaft und sorgst für deren reibungslose Einführung. • Nach deiner Einarbeitung wirkst du in der Rufbereitschaft mit und trägst dazu bei, die Verfügbarkeit der Endgeräte im 24/7-Betrieb sicherzustellen.

• You will be responsible for the administration, configuration and ensuring the stable operation of Windows on our client devices. • Planning, developing and implementing custom solutions in the client environment. • Continuous optimization and proactive resolution of technical issues. • Provisioning and management of client devices, including distribution of current driver packages within the Microsoft environment. • Creating, maintaining and documenting Group Policies, system concepts and operational procedures. • Handling 2nd-level tickets as part of IT service management. • Responsible for integrating new hardware models and supporting smooth rollouts.

• You design the company-wide process landscape and contribute to establishing a process-oriented governance. • You work in close coordination with central and decentralized owners and executives up to the executive board level. • You further develop the end-to-end view of workflows and translate it into clear, binding standards. • You model and maintain processes using process management software according to BPMN 2.0 and check them for consistency and practical applicability. • You define KPIs and monitoring to provide transparency on effectiveness and identify optimization needs. • You actively contribute to building a pragmatic quality framework that brings together standards, documentation, and effectiveness verification. • You confidently facilitate workshops and enable process owners and stakeholders to use the models effectively in day-to-day operations.

• You will lead the Customer Service department • You are responsible for all public-facing communication to customers and all related tasks • You will provide confident leadership and drive the targeted development of the department • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, development and motivation of the employees within your area of responsibility (m/f/d) • Derive measures from the business unit strategy and ensure their implementation within the department based on defined KPIs • Manage and develop subprocesses within the end-to-end business processes in customer service as defined by the business unit • Plan, coordinate and take responsibility for the operational tasks within these subprocesses, ensuring efficient and customer-oriented execution • Take responsibility for adherence to the assigned budget (personnel and operating expenses) • Monitor costs within the department • Coordinate cooperation with other communication and service areas (e.g., internal communications or passenger information) and ensure aligned customer communication

• Coordinate main inspections on BVG buses • Perform statutory main inspections, including any necessary follow-up checks • Conduct spot quality checks on buses • Document results accurately and comprehensively • Develop and implement optimization concepts for the main inspection process

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all measures and, together with your team, ensure a reliable infrastructure • Define planning and project specifications for the operation, maintenance and fault clearance of our systems • Review all relevant documentation • Prepare work and service instructions for the subordinate overhead line maintenance unit • Are actively involved from contract awarding through invoice verification • Ensure successful commissioning of all overhead line and cable installations

• As the future Project Manager, coordinate a variety of construction services to ensure the successful delivery of the project • Lead construction projects from start to finish and ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality • Prepare and review construction documentation • Prepare funding/grant applications, submit them and manage the entire application process • Organize and support procurement/tendering procedures and coordinate external partners, especially planners and construction companies, across all HOAI service phases • Monitor project progress and control costs, schedules and quality

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and fault resolution of the subway's power supply systems. • Supervision of complex rail power supply systems within the subway's electrical infrastructure, including rectifier stations. • Take on operational management of complex traction power systems for subway and tram, and manage demanding design, planning and site-supervision tasks. • Conduct negotiations with internal specialist departments and external contractors, prepare tender documents, and support both the awarding and implementation of projects. • Plan and perform short-circuit tests in traction power and energy supply networks as proof of short-circuit safety, coordinating with the relevant authorities. • Independently handle complex technical issues related to the construction, commissioning, operation, routine testing and fault rectification of protection-system components.
