• We are searching for our next Director, Programmatic Media, to join our One Marketplace team, in a full time temporary role from March through June. • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of campaign planning and considers themselves a resourceful and curious problem solver. • Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs) • Knowledge in the programmatic space to provide innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals. • Leadership: including leading day to day client operations, POV’s, management of Supervisors and team member. You know how to train team members ensuring best in class strategy and execution. • You know how to communicate with clients verbally, in written form and have strong presentation skills. • Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities. • Cross channel integration: A passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in biddable media. • You’re diligent and disciplined and comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment. Most importantly, you’re truly passionate about advertising and enjoy both teaching and learning about programmatic media.

Job Requirements

  • 7 + years of experience in programmatic media
  • Experience in the day-to-day programmatic campaign management, working across multiple DSPs – we work with The Trade Desk, DV360 and Amazon, but open to experience in Amobee or Verizon.
  • Strong POVs, proactively engaged in industry and agency thought leadership.
  • You’re not shy and enjoy building relationships with clients and know to manage up.
  • Coach and mentor team members, sharing insights about industry trends.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot platforms, systems & tools.
  • Interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations to supervisors and colleagues alike.
  • You’ve got a bit of an entrepreneurial streak, so you’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities.

Role Description The Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Director inspects and evaluates the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
