Job Requirements

- Demonstrated success creating repeatable, revenue-generating service offerings
- Experience productizing services and improving attach rates and margin performance
- Track record reducing time-to-value through standardization while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Deep understanding of services economics: utilization modeling, revenue forecasting, margin optimization, and capacity planning
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership on deal strategy, positioning, and packaging
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Clear, structured communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders

Role Description The Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Director inspects and evaluates the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
