• Develop and execute a comprehensive GSI partner strategy for India. • Hire, manage, and mentor a small, growing team of partner managers. • Drive pipeline generation and influenced revenue through active co-selling with GSIs. • Evangelise Neo4j within GSI data, analytics, and GenAI practices. • Collaborate with GSI Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and Neo4j product engineering.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software (SaaS/Cloud/Data).
  • 5+ years of experience managing or leading small partner/sales teams.
  • Deep, existing relationships and credibility within the executive leadership levels of major Indian GSIs.
  • Solid understanding of the cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, analytics, and the emerging Enterprise AI landscape.
  • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and cross-functional orchestration skills.

Role Description As an Account Representative at TJM Labs, you’ll act as the technical liaison between our internal platform team and our pharmacy clients. This role combines client relationship management with technical implementation and support. You’ll help deploy automation solutions in client environments, guide users through implementation, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure clients feel supported throughout the lifecycle of the relationship. We’ll provide training on our products and U.S. pharmacy workflows. What we need from you is strong technical troubleshooting ability, excellent communication skills, and confidence working directly with clients in a fast-moving operational environment. Our focus is on providing end-to-end mobility and fleet solutions that enable organizations to achieve their business goals. The Role To support this strategy, we are seeking a GM Fleet Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts within the Minneapolis metropolitan territory. This role will have a dedicated focused scope, and is responsible for driving customer engagement, account success, and profitable growth across the GM Fleet portfolio. This is a relationship-driven role (approximately 70% account management / 30% new business development), requiring strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex customer and internal environments. The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility for Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. The candidate will be located in the Minneapolis area.
